Her ceramic sculptures, abstract and realistic drawings, photographs and various creative experiments are inspired by a desire to explore the hidden subconscious realm of life, as well as how it interacts with consciousness and what emerges as a result.
Each person opens the door to the hidden sensual part of the world through his or her creativity. Even the smallest door is invaluable, for it offers a glimpse that transforms everyday reality. I relish the opportunity to find unusual keys that unlock even the strangest doors.
For me, a particularly intriguing part of the creative process is the birth of an idea. It's very exciting! Often, I don't know how it will evolve; I venture into the unknown. I ponder and improvise, heeding my feelings to express the idea in the manner it wants to be articulated.
